5 energy in kindle
10 energy in conjure
quickshot is again 5 energy
pin down is 15 energy
savage shot 10 energy

a total of 45 energy without expertise

this build wont work without high expertise
and how the heck did you get 11 wilderness?
12 marks is 97 atribute points
9 fire is 48 atribute points
10 wilderness is 61 atribute points
97+48+61 =206 atribute points
so better try first, then ask for opinions

Take those useless points out of fire. You're only getting an extra 10 damage per arrow at 9 Fire Magic. You'd be doing much more damage putting those points into expertise and spending your saved energy on another quickshot. The only time taking conjure is justified is if you're running barrage in which case you might be dealing up to an extra 60 damage per attack. Also why are you taking pindown? You're much better off bringing dual shot instead to maximize your return on kindle. If you're going to run this in pvp quickshot isn't the best elite to bring. Unlike in pve where you can just sit thdere and unload quickshot after quickshot into your target, sooner or later some angry warrior is going to come to smack you around. I suggest switching to poison arrow. It will allow you to deal damage even while you are kiting and since you don't need to spam it you'll be saving even more energy to just use dualshot+savage shot for your main damage.

Then max out WS to have max damage from the combo dual shot + kindle (and max duration for poison arrow). 9 expertise would be fine with this build (to reduce the 10 energy cost of dual shot mainly).

But maybe he wanted to use Quickshot...

The OP didn't say if it's for PvE or PvP. For PvE, yes indeed I think you can get rid of pin down. However, it's not only about letting you kill kitting targets, it's also about letting your all team kill them (your warriors for ex) and preventing opponents melee fighters from coming too close quickly.
